Dear guest, here is some useful information about your upcoming stay with us:

• While making the reservation for your stay, the system will ask you to insert the details of your card to guarantee your booking. A charge is not made to the credit card. Credit card guarantee allows the hotel to charge a cost in case of no-show or cancellation outside of cancellation policy. Once your booking has been made, we will send you an email to the email address provided with a payment link to proceed with the payment for your stay.

• Check-in: from 2 pm to 9 pm. Please meet our team at Nayman Café, our café situated a few metres away from Macchiato Suites, the address is Corso Umberto I, 254. Gianluca and the rest of the team will welcome you and give you the keys to access the property. If you plan to arrive before 2 pm, you can drop off your bags at the café and you will find them in your room once it is ready. If you plan to arrive later than 9 pm, please get in touch with our team and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

• Check-out: until 10:30 am

• Payment: We will send you a secure payment link to the email you have provided for you to make the payment of your stay.

• Breakfast: served at Nayman Café from 6:30 AM. The address of the cafe is CORSO UMBERTO I, 254.

• City tax: 3 euro per person per night not included in the room rate and to be paid at the property upon check-in.
